GROUNDWATER GEOLOGIST-IN-TRAINING (GIT)     
 

Engineering Associates (EA) is a growing municipal engineering firm with eight offices in Wyoming. EA is looking for groundwater geologist-in-training.

This position's duties include assisting in the design of drinking water wells for municipalities and districts, preparing and managing project budgets and schedules, and evaluating geological structure and groundwater flow.  Education and/or experience in groundwater hydrologic engineering, engineering geology, geologic analysis, geotechnical analysis, and project management is desired.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in Geology or equivalent from an institution of higher education that is accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency, with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours or forty-five (45) quarter hours of coursework in geology. The applicant must meet educational requirements for licensure in Wyoming as a PG and have passed the GIT.  Limited travel is necessary for this position, and a valid driver’s license is required. Compensation depends on qualifications.​

 

EA’S COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Hourly wage with flex-time and overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly wage
