LICENSED LAND SURVEYOR (PLS)

The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and be self-motivated. Previous experience with project management, business development, and engaging clients is valued.

• Registered in the State of Wyoming or can obtain registration within twelve months. Special consideration will be given to individuals licensed in Montana, Colorado, and/or South Dakota.

• Experience and proficiency in performing boundary and right-of-way surveys, topographic surveys, site plan surveys, and construction staking; and office experience conducting research, analyzing property boundaries, preparing, and reviewing land descriptions and exhibits/plats. 

• Experience managing field crews is a plus, as is proficiency with AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, GPS, and Robotic Total Station survey equipment. 

• Travel is necessary for this position, and a valid driver’s license is required. Compensation is negotiable.

This position may be suitable for remote or hybrid work based on the nature of the job duties and potential employee readiness for telework. Determinations are at management discretion.
